Natalia Croom is a certified Speech-Language Pathologist and the visionary founder of The CLC, a private practice dedicated to empowering individuals across the lifespan to find their voice and communicate with confidence. With over 6 years of clinical experience, Natalia combines evidence-based strategies with compassionate care to create a client-centered, culturally responsive environment that includes parents/caregivers every step of the way.
After recognizing the need for more personalized, high-quality speech and language services in the community, Natalia launched The Croom Legacy Center to bridge the gap between clinical excellence and human connection. Whether working with children developing their first words or increasing their ability to produce speech sounds with confidence, Natalia brings an unwavering commitment to progress, purpose, and people.
Natalia holds a Bachelor’s degree from Old Dominion University in Communicative Sciences and Disorders. She also holds a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Hampton University and maintains certification through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). She has had clinical experience in schools and a variety of private practices. As both a clinician and entrepreneur, Natalia leads with heart, purpose, and the belief that everyone deserves to be heard.
